Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your Costs Agreement.

    Barrister fees
    Expert reports
    Process servers

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with:

  • The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

Legal professional privilege applies to communications where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond promptly to requests for instructions
  • Attend scheduled appointments and court events
  • Pay invoices on time
  • Inform us of any changes to your circumstances

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude liability for loss arising from your reliance on website content
